UHelp exists to connect legitimate giving and receiving of Help and to support healthy community interaction. These guidelines set the standard for behaviour on the platform. They sit alongside our Terms of Use — violations of these guidelines may violate the Terms as well.
Help works only when people can trust what they see. Never:
Members may disagree, debate, and discuss — including religious, community, and social topics — without agreeing. Legitimate disagreement and criticism are not violations. But we do not allow:
Receiving Account details are disclosed only to the authorized giver or helper in an eligible CASH Help. Never publish another person's bank or wallet information without their authorization, and never use disclosed Receiving Account details for anything except the authorized Help.
Do not use UHelp to facilitate unlawful goods or services, exploitation, trafficking, serious violence, or any other illegal activity. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful investigations where required.
Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, and any sexual exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited. UHelp is an 18+ platform — accounts belonging to minors are not allowed.
Do not dox people or publish their sensitive or private information — home addresses, private contact details, documents, financial details — without authorization.
No repetitive unsolicited messaging, mass posting, fake engagement, or automated abuse. Message requests exist so members choose who they talk to — respect that boundary.
If your story identifies another person — such as a beneficiary — you must have their permission or another lawful basis to share identifiable information about them. Only publish what you are comfortable sharing at the visibility you select.
Organization managers must have real authority to represent the organization they create or manage. Fake, impersonated, or misleading organizations are not allowed.
Respect other people's rights. Only post content you have the right to share, and report suspected infringement through the platform rather than taking matters into your own hands.
Depending on the violation and the circumstances, UHelp may take one or more of these actions:
Moderation decisions are recorded and reviewed. We aim for proportionate, factual enforcement — not viewpoint policing.
If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, contact us through the Support Center or at support@uhelp.network and explain what happened. We review appeals fairly, but we do not promise reversal.
See something that breaks these guidelines? Use the Report option on the content or profile, or contact Support. Reporter identity is not shown to the reported person.
