Ordinary CASH Help is sent directly by the giver or helper to the recipient using the recipient's Receiving Account. UHelp does not ordinarily hold or escrow funds — the transfer happens between the participants' own banks, wallets, or payment providers. Double-check account and network details before sending; transfers to the wrong details or network may be irreversible.
For goods and services, agree the handover clearly first. Meet in a public place where relevant, tell someone you trust about the arrangement, and do not disclose more private information — like your home address — than the Help genuinely requires.
Conversations start with a message request — you choose who you talk to. Block and report anyone who harasses, pressures, or tries to scam you. Never share passwords or one-time codes in messages.
Verification supports trust and may be required under policy (for example, for receiving eligibility). It confirms certain information was submitted and reviewed — it does not guarantee that someone is honest, safe, wealthy, or reliable, or that Help will be completed.
Credibility shows eligible, confirmed Help a member or organization has given. It reflects history on the platform — it is not an identity check, a safety guarantee, or a financial rating.
When Help is marked sent or provided, the recipient confirms honestly: "I Received It" or "I Did Not Receive It." Never confirm Help you did not receive — false confirmations harm the community and violate our rules.
If Help stays unresolved or a genuine dispute arises, use the Resolution workflow from the Help record or Resolution Center. Provide factual evidence; UHelp administers the case fairly — Resolution does not determine anyone's legal liability.
Check an organization's profile, history, and members before engaging. An organization's presence on UHelp does not mean UHelp endorses or guarantees it.
UHelp is not an emergency-response service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or facing an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency, law-enforcement, or medical services first — then tell us so we can act on the platform side.
Report content or behaviour via the Report option on posts, profiles, and messages. For account or product help, visit the Support Center or email support@uhelp.network. For an unresolved Help case, use Resolution.
